Finnish startup company Delicode Oy on has been working with developing volumetric capturing and virtual technology for years. The company is a pioneer in combining virtual technology with art.
Nuanc3d is the world’s first volumetrically captured and virtually experienced contemporary circus performance, bringing air acrobats right within the reach of the viewer. In the piece you share the space with surreal characters among which you may move freely and observe the performance from different perspectives. This makes the piece a unique experience for everyone. Three-part Nuanc3d combines circus art and virtual reality in a way which remains resonating in your body and mind. The work is a collaboration with the Finnish contemporary circus group Agit-Cirk.
Phantom is a volumetrically captured virtual reality music video of the Finnish electronic duo Phantom’s song with the same title. Art, dance and music are strongly combined in the duo’s work in their live shows and numerous music videos. Phantom has been working in collaboration developing volumetric capturing with Delicode since 2012.
